n7200 4k problem please help

I have a bd-7200w and it not a bad machine but i have plugged in xbox one x ps4 pro and today firestick 4k and nothing will enter 4k mode infact the xbox only ever says it cannot detect a 4k tv but all work on the sony 4k tv fine many many thanks

Can you explain your preferred set-up a little more? Specifically which device(s) are connected directly to the TV?
