ok ok I found my answer   EX650 series are non-3d tv s for 2012.

Out of curiosity, why do you specifically want a non-3D TV? All 3D TV's are also excellent 2D TV's and you are missing out on the award winning HX series by only looking at non 3D models.. I'd defintely go and get a demo instore and compare the two.
