I have nsz-gs7 sony with google tv on it and suddenly it wont start. I switch it on and I get the sony logo and then nothing. I cant do any factory reset as I cant get into the menu system. I also tried a reset using the connect button and switching it on but still nothing. Please can someone tell me whats wrong as I have googled loads and nothing. Thanks
Have you tried unplugging it and leaving it for a couple of minutes to power cycle it? If that doesn't work, I'd get it looked at by your local service centre who should be able to sort it out for you.
