I've just bought one of these boxes in the UK,

I must say that it integrates beautifully with my home setup (Samsung S6 TV, BRDVD, Sony AV receiver, Fortec Star FreeSat Box, buffalo NAS), dnla works well, remote design is brilliant. I Think the TV throughput works well ...

Only problem is that the content in the UK is currently very poor. I can see that there is a netflix app in the US (Among other big services such as hulu) - but over here in the Uk this isn't anywhere to be seen.

This is despite Netflix being available on the play store for other android devices.

SO when can we expect for some mainstream content to arrive on this device? - I.E Netflix, Spotify, Lovefilm?

If not anythime soon - I'll take this back and get apple tv - although it isn't great it does do what it says on the box.

Good question - let me provide some answers.

Netflix is due to launch imminently, I think around 11th August with a big software update due. The app needed some localisation tweaks I think compared to whats available on the US devices.

I have seen the app development list and it looks very impressive. Obviously its largely reliant on google and the partners delivering applications for the platform, however rest assured its covering all bases with some really exciting expected and unexpected apps being developed.
