Have just purchased a Sony HT-XT2 Soundstage. A message appeared on the screen informing me that a software update was available, so I then updated the unit over the internet as instructed. Shortly after the update, I tried to view some photos on my network but got a message saying 'No playable file in this category'. Prior to the update, I was able to view the photos. I then looked at the details of the update on the Sony support website and found the following info: 'Important - If the previous firmware update was not installed, "Termination of Photo playback" will be applied by installing this firmware update'.
Is there any way for me to recover from this issue?
