Sony BDP-S185 won't play Arrietty

Hi I've just ordered Arrietty on Blu Ray and it wont play I've tried different things such as try it on other blu ray players and it works fine, I've also tried other blu ray discs in case my player is broke but it plays other discs fine. I've done a factory reset and my Blu Ray player has the latest firmware so I've ran out of ideas. Does anyone else have the same problem or have a solution?
