I purchased a Sony BDVL600 2.1 Channel 3D Blu-ray Disc/DVD Home Cinema System in January of this year.
I'm very pleased with this system, the only problem is that I'm not able to update the software. It announces when there is an update available but when I try to download it it always freezes in the last step. For example 10/10. I've had it running for 2 days to see if it helps but it gives nothing.
The store told me to unplug the power to reboot the system. Doesn't help. His reaction was why I would want to update it when it's working fine. I definately don't agree with that comment since the deveice should be able to update the software.
I hope someone can tell me what to do, or is having the same problems.
