Sony STRDH820 - can I have multiple outputs

I would like to be able to watch the sky hd box and possibly listen to some music - both fed via the Sony STRDH820 amp.

This would allow me to put the cricket on to keep an eye on but also have some music playing

Is this possible ?

Hi,

right since no one has responded, probably because the question being a little vague i will try and help,

the short answer is no, you can however play music using your DVD/BluRay player or dedicated CD player through the Amp and watch cricket with the tv and the SkyHD box at the same time, the problem there is you cant hear the commentary on the cricket if you got music playing can you.

to keep the answer simple to your question can you feed both soarces through the Amp.....No.

Hi it is possible to Mix signals so you can enjoy the image from one unit and the sound from another, however you cant have both sounds, please see Page 63 of the instruction manual for information on how to assign video to sound or sound to video
