I have had this player for a while and it generally sounds and looks good. I have been getting freezes from 4K discs. The discs are brand new with no scratches. I have tried Terminator genesis and Spiderman homecoming. I Dont know if this is important but whatever. The spiderman disc was even included with the player. Terminator genisis was very loud also. I find these issues pretty unaccaptable. I upgraded from my xbox one x to get rid of these sorts of issues.
