Bit cheeky as going to ask a couple of questions. The remote control for my Sony STR-DH520 receiver was allowing me to pause/stop/play/etc my Sony BDPS15 blu-ray player. This was while while watching a DVD. However watching a blu-ray disc today it won't work and I have to use the remote control that came with the blu-ray remote control. Is there a reason for this?
Also....does anyone else have issues with the STR-DH520 not saving certain settings? eg I set HDMI setting in the amp menu to play through Amp only but it keeps changing back to TV+Amp?!!
(all connections are HDMI). My TV is not a sony and therefore doesnt have BRAVIA functions or Audio return channel function.
Yout thoughts would be good....
