The three Musketeers will not play on my BDPS780. Any ideas please

Hi

My "The Three Musketeers" 2D or 3D will not play on my BDPS780. I have installed the up to date firmware

PS I should also say the two disc will play on my BDPS185. The 3D will not play the film but it informs the disc is working.
