un - registration BDP-S370

After buying my BDP=S370 2.5 years ago, using the the iplayer having great fun! I decided last week to try love flim.. Guess what i can't remember my password for Essentials account. I think i was using a different email address back then, simple click the button to resend the email address enter, its on there system. Two days have gone by and nothing... What next!

i believe that the essentials account has now been transferred to the SEN (sony entertainment network) and you would have had an e mail asking you to change this over, i am not fully conversant with this so perhaps the link below may help further

hi have you checked your junk or spam folders, sometimes systems will take these as junk, if you still have no joy, or call Sony customer service with the Hardwired Mac Address and they can remove it from SEN network ready a new registration
