Xperia L1 Facebook stopped working on my Sony Xperia L1

My Sony Xperia L1 has just recently stopped my facebook from staying open,it will close again all by itself within two minutes. Is there anything I can do to sort it out please

@Harlequin1 yeah, go to settings - apps, scroll down to facebook and tap on it, select storage tab. Clear data and try again.

I have done all of that and I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook but still getting the same

@Harlequin1 boot your phone in safe mode and just restart to get back to normal mode.

Check again.

safe mode will disable all third party apps that could be causing the problem, just click there >>> safe mode

I have sorted it now all I done was went in to clear the data for Facebook in settings and that has sorted the problem out
