OK ... switched mobile service provider a while back and received the info for setting up the Internet and MMS APNs ... which worked great.
Somewhere along the line, the MMS service stopped working; I now receive a "Queued for sending" error message after hitting the send button and the message never goes ... just sits there.
After many exchanges between myself and the service provider's tech help they advise the they have traced the 'error' to the fact that the message is trying to access the standard Internet APN and is ignoring the MMS APN. They also confirm that the the MMS APN settings are correctwithin the phone.
Sony say its an issue with the service provider and HitsMobile say it's an error in the phone.
On further checking there is no 'radio button' next the the MMS APN in the list of APNs (the standard internet APN does have a radio button next to it) so it's difficult to see if it is active or not.
I've tried deleting the MMS APN and then readding it but there is still no radio button.
Is this normal for the M2 or is there something more fundamental going on here ?
thanks in anticipation
