lost notes app

Hello,u just update my sony xperia m2 d2303 yesterday for android version 4.4.4.i noticed that the notes app and some widget are lost..can somebody please help me how to recover these things bcause i hv many important things inside the note..thank you

Really annoyed. Always thought that when they said your user data won't be affected, your user data would not disappear.

Same here, important Notes gone after the update.
Thats very poor work by Sony - a bit of an own goal isn't it? -You've shot down your own app!
Sony, please quickly provide a resolution to get back these notes.

o, yesterday, my phone alerted there was a system update available. I duly went ahead and installed, then today, I noticed my Notes app has disappeared! All notes gone and nowhere in app directory?! Any ideas would be gratefully received.

I have had the same problem and like everyone I have lost some extremely important information, please help!!!!!

Really this is not acceptable and not expected from Sony, I have lost valuable information and Sony can be legally convicted due to this act and you are obliged to find away to recover our lost information

As fas as I understand, the last update completely removed notes app with data due installation. Surprise.

It's not bug, it's epic fail.

Same here, extremely annoyed to find apps wiped out by a standard update. Sony, get your act together!

My notes gone as well. Lots of important jottings gone. Why we're we not informed before the upgrade to 4.4.4??
