Hi, My m4 after update to andro 6 shows only 883 MB Ram... it has 2 GB Ram memory, why is not the whole memory working? Its not all, my front camera is not working and the system is working really slow... I allready have repaired my smartphone via Xperia Center but the issue still occures. Don't write to me that I should go to the local servis, because that is the last thing that I will do. There must be any solution...

That's the way i actually do it (easier than off button), but it keeps doing same, 1 in 10 tries starts android.
I hope Sony do something about this issue.

We're still waiting for a solution. This is not a simple issue, we're having non functional devices because of a defective hardware and a convenient failure after a year from production.

I have the same problem about 2 moths, firts blue screens an when I update to Android 6 the phone only see 883 MB. I try everything that i found in foros and tutorials but still not working.
When I try to install the previous version of Android 5. the phone does not pass the logo, it only works with the 6.0 and so I stay in a lively circle.
I would ike that SONY help us whit thi issue, the phone only have 1 year old.

In addition to the problem of the blue screen and half of ram, someone has had problem with the camera and the mobile network signal?
I have send my M4 Aqua Dual to the SONY center yesterday.. i shall let you know what happens to it and if it comes back fixed!
I mentionned
- the frequent blue screens (at boot and during usage)
- the RAM reporting only 883MB instead of 2GB
- the apps running slow (in particular the Camera taking several minutes to allow a capture)
- the heat of the device and the low battery duration
