Photo app freeze some time

Default camera app on Android 6(last update for m5 dual) freeze some time when open camera and make first photo,after restart the phone it work fine,in a few days it got freeze again, I changed default save location to internal memory, same problem. I use the xperia pc app to reinstall the last software on the phone, the problem is still there. I'm the only one with it on the last software? On previous software it worked fine.

Where are you saving the pictures? on an internal storage or an SD card?

you can also boot on >>> safe mode for multiple hours and see if you experience the same issue, safe mode will disable all third party apps that could be causing this problem.

Internal storage.

After i reinstall the softwear for couple of days i instaled only 2-3 apps like whatsapp, facebook messenger and the problem whas there.

I will try to uninstall them one by one to see if the problem it's stiil there.

Can i just downgade to lolipop? It was bugfree software.From firs android 6 update bugs still coming on each update.

Xperia companion it should have the option to install older software too.

I agree with you. Any body can you help me in this situation?  My camera app is don't save the pictures and the video is dropp an error message and exit the application ...

What should I do?
