I just want to say what a discusting company you really are, i am still waiting for your customer escelation service team to call me, was told 48 hours as i had been prioritised but 3 days later nothing!
I have a phone that has been unused more than used and been back for repair 5 times already, the last two times i received the handset back and was NOT FIXED
How can you sell a phone that is useless to say the least? Just look at the forums for this phone, all phones should have been recalled and the phone taken off the market! You are still sellling this absurd product today!
Look forward to the telephone call if i ever get one!
