My charger has finished charging and I could not recharge it The charger port never responds

I changed the wire of the charger and tried very much. The device does not respond and now it is finally closed. What is the solution and is there a maintenance center in Riyadh ???

منفذ الشاحن لا يعمل

جوالي انتهى شحنه ولم استطع اعادة شحنه منفذ الشاحن لا يستجيب ابدا 

غيرت سلك الشاحن وجربت كثيرا الجهاز لا يستجيب والان مقفل نهائيا ما الحل وهل يوجد مركز صيانه في الرياض ؟؟؟
