Viber doesn't work on mobile data

I've got m4 dual sim version. When I'm using viber with my mobile Internet, not with wi fi, it doesn't work! All the other apps do! I've checked the settings,  app permissions.... Nothing helped

I just solve mine! No thanks to but to myself

Go to your Setting

Internet Setting choose Mobile Network

chosse Access Point Names (APN)

click your provider

scroll down to APN Contol chose

IPV4 / IPV6

chose Roaming protocol change it to

Ipv4/IPV6
