Xperia M5 dual dead after Software update, its laying sony showroom more than one month no response

Four month back I bought Xperia M5 Dual Gold from Sony (Its under warrany now). One month back its software updated on night and next day morning phone was dead. Now its laying on Sony service center. No response from Sony Service. Jobnumber:W116073000008. Think twice before buying sony Mobile products. Its waste of money and service is utter waste.

I have the same problem . My sony xperia is dead and even the service centre of sony is unable to solve the problem . I strongly sujjest the customers not to buy any handset of sony . It is totally waste of money .
