Hi,

It's all upto you...how will you treat you're phone....restarting you're phone will help to clear memory blocks making you're phone smoother while using it but the memory will fill up later (RAM) I've used my phone for 3 days continuously there was no problem either so it's all upto you but restarting you're phone once would be good...:)
