Noobs guide to downgrade SP

Hi,

Can someone please post a noobs guide to downgrade SP from 4.3 to 4.1.2?

I am a complete noob in phone software. I know there have have lot of posts on how to downgrade but it is too complicated to actually do it. I have never fiddled with flashing or any other stuff. Moreover, I live in Canada and cannot find Fido's ftf or firmware. I don't want to lose my LTE functionality.  My bootloader is also locked. Please help!

However, I still can't find the ftf file for my carrier or region. Which ftf file should I specifically install (FIdo Canada)?
