Report Inappropriate Content

I downloaded PC Companion yesterday but it would not load properly so I uninstalled it and deleted the Sony folder from programs. Today I downloaded Media Go and installed it succesfully. I then tried downloading PC Companion again but when installing, the pop up window says Repairing PC Companion, and crashes out after trying to install drivers. Any suggestions?

You may want to check the Add and Remove programs section to clarify that the application has actually been uninstalled from the PC. If the application is still there simply tap on it and click uninstall software.

After the above is done, try installing the software again.

Thanks for the reply uliwooly-wooly. Uninstalling the programs as Jake-SEanswered seems to have done the trick.

Also many thanks for your help the other day with the draft text folders and how to manage my emails queries. I realised afterwards that I was being pretty dim asking which app it was to manage my emails. Still got there in the end with your help and really enjoying using the phone now.
