Problem closing the download.

Hi ,

Yesterday i was dowloading one attachment in my email but i don't know what happened it's still showing in the notification bar of downloading symbol and it's trying to download.

I restarted..I reset by phone to factory setting(without deleting any apps or user data).nothin worked..why

It must have got stuck somehow. Try clearing data and or cache for the E-mail app (you will have to enter your login info again) and check if the download disappears.

Got the solution ...actually i had to clear the cache of the download manager..yesterday only i got the solution..thanks for the reply
