Today is the 18th August 2020 and some 4 months ago in April requested a replacement PS4 Pro under warranty from Game Stop in Dundrum. To date Game Stop are saying to me that they still haven’t received a delivery of PS4 Pro from Sony. Absolute ridiculously poor customer care.
