Hi @Mosse, sorry to hear about this.
The Xperia X10 Mini has reached it's end of support and we do longer provide software for this specific device, that is why you haven't been able to repair the software using Xperia Companion.
It does sound like the behaviour is software related though, but since no software is available, I'm afraid that I won't be able to assist you further.
