I know this is not the place but i installed an app that used root. (bootlocker locked) and i used this app to speed up by phone. i followed a set of instructions then i was told to reboot. i did so and now it is stuck on reboot only showing the SONY logo normally shown on start up.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Charge your phone for 30minutes, install SUS on your computer and repair your phone

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 hours > try again with SUS

OK it has worked thank you so much. One more question Im trying to download all my previous apps but I can't. I have a strong wifi connection but I still can't download a 3mb app

goto setting>apps>all find google play clear data and chase..then force stop and reboot phone...also remove your google account and set it up again
