i have a problem in my xperia TX when i update it to 9.2.a.1.205 after updating internet is not working wifi is working but by sim is not working only calls no datta conection y  even tethering & portable hotspot is not working i try factory reset still the same

i cannot get my sony xperia to prepare itself for installing a new software and i dont know why. i have done the steps oe byne over and over again and nothing seems to be happening when i press and hold the down voume button whlst puting in the usb cable.
