youtube and vimeo not playing

Since last update. Not supported it says.
Can get the start of the film, presse on playstore, status is streaming, but nothing happens.
Tried the stamina modus, doesnt help.

settings > apps > all > youtube > clear cache/data > restart your phone and check again

Open chrome then go to time.gov  or download speedtest.net and test your connection

That's odd, that should be good enough, is it possible that you can borrow a computer ?
