Error code 2103 on Bravia

Can anyone please help me? I bought a second hand Bravia KDL26EL320 TV and I know it’s quite old but I can’t get it to connect to the internet, it’s says it’s connected but then shows a config fault 2200 so I’ve tried to update software as I know it’s never been connected to the internet before and it shows error code 2103, any help would be much appreciated

Welcome to the community. I wasn't able to find the model no. KDL-26EL320 but found this error code guidance for the KDL-26EX320.
