headphones on KDL-40WE663

Just bought the Bravia. I have used Sennheiser headphones previously as am hard of hearing. These enable me to listen at a higher volume while others listen to the set at a lower volume. Applying these to the new product seems to suppress all sound from the set and produces nothing from the headphones. Any set up advice please?

I’ve a newborn so looking to finally pair my bt Nc headphones to my beautiful tv. It will not find them though. The link in this reply is no longer working, can I get some pointers please?

Unfortunately your TV has the following BT profiles

Bluetooth Versione 4.1 (HID / HOGP / SPP)

So it doesn't support A2DP for headphone connection
