help needed with kv-32ds60u digital channels

hi I have a trinitron KV-32DS60U ANALOUGUE/DIGITAL TV and cannot get it to tune into bbc/itv digital channels, picks up dave , pick tv and others fine but will not get the main 5, had a new areil fitted and do not live far from the transmitter (about 12 miles) any help would be appreaceated

So you can use http://www.macfh.co.uk/JavaJive/AudioVisualTV/TerrestrialTV/TerrestrialCalculator.php to check the aerial is pointing in the right direction.

If it is and it still doesn't work, then I'd buzz the call centre and see if they can offer advice.
