Hi,
Hope someone can help me, I have had 2 Bravia KD-43XG7093 TV,S since October, the first had a line vertically on the screen, which was replaced, the second wither judders or pixelates the picture.
I have tried numerous times to get this resolved by the helpdesk in Egypt.
I have sent a movie of the problem and after numerous phone calls, where they say the case has gone to the tech dept to be examined, and they will get back to me in 48 hours, which they dont and I have to chase them up.
Is there a helpdesk, or anyone I could talk to in the UK about this.
