Hi My Bravia KDL 52 NX 803  won't show netflix app or will not connect to Amazon prime, very angry this was a £2500 TVought it in 2010, why cant I get a firmware up date that will get me all the apps that new TVs can get

For the same reason when buying an iphone and then expecting it to have all the features of a new iphone 5 years later.
