We have this 75 inch TV- KD75XH9296.

We are on our second one due to a fault.
We now cannot have it paired with Sky Plus of Q as the picture and sound fail- goes out of sync.
Now it is having intermittent sound cut out even on Netflix or TV.

No one can advise as to the issue- HDMIeads changed, not a WiFi issue. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Any advise as no engineers seem to have a clue- returning it Tuesday else.

Do you have an audio system connected or does the issue happen with the TV speakers?
