My tv will not switch on again, have had this tv 4 years no problems until now, does anyone know where i can have this fixed

thank you, tv as gone in to be mended, £200 it as cost, now found out the tv is still under warranty, how can i claim my money back, this is for my mother who is 79

I would contact the company who conducted the repair and discuss with them as you'll probably need to show them the guarantee details. Very much depends who the provided the guarantee, e.g. Insurance company, retailer, manufacturer etc etc.
