My Bravia is just over a year old and has had two new sets of speakers due to excess vibration on the sound.
The engineer who fitted the latest set say that this is an inherent fault of this model - is that true as I can't find anything in the reviews. The whole back of the set vibrates at a certain resonance, and as I have an extended warranty I am considering asking for a replacement set.
However if this is a fault with this model, where do I stand about asking for an upgrade?
I am so not impressed with Sony at the moment!
