Model KX-49XE8077 unwanted screen shot when playing radio

Hi,

I play radio in my TV everyday and the screen is blank.  Today when I turned the TV on, the radio played but a screen shot of something I watched last night is now on display (it has the TV logo as part of the screen shot).

Can anyone tell me how to remove the full screen picture and to restore a blank screen?  Obviously I must have done something but am at a loss to know what I did.

Any ideas anyone?
