NAS drive works but doesn't appear under Video

I have an EX403 and an Iomega NAS drive running Twonky media server. My NAS drive is visible under Photos and music (and I am able to browse the data on it).

However, the NAS drive doesn't appear under the video 'section'. I am well aware of issues with video formats and what is supported by the TV, but I can't even get to the point of selecting the NAS drive to browse the video files I have on it - it just doesn't appear.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Very strange - TV supports video over DLNA and its already appeaaring in other tabs. Are you on the latest firmware for both the TV and Iomega?

Could try deleting the Nas from the list of servers on the TV and letting it rescan maybe? Can it see any other video servers i.e. if you tried just installing one on your PC to see if that were visbible as a test?

Thanks
