Netflix stereo audio over optical out not working, KD-55XF7003

installed new TV. All HDMI inputs work with external audio system (samsung home cinema) via optical

but no audio being heard when viewing netflix or any apps

help please

I wonder if your KD-55XF7003 was one of the TVs affected in a recent issue with some apps. Have a look here, follow the instructions and let us know how you get on.
