Shadows and blond hair is green.

Our Bravia is too green.  If we alter colour, brightness, contrast this affects, colour, etc.  Shadows are also green, blond hair is green.  HOw do we alter this?

Hi - thanks for the response.  We do not have the option for hue. We have tried altering contrast and brightness but we cannot get rid of the green for shadows and blond.  We have the picture on warm  Watched part of a programme with desert and the desert is green tinged all the time.  Black is quite often tinged with green as well.  Shadows on faces are green.  thanks for the help looks as though it will have to go back.

Hi Fatgull,

What model Bravia is it?

Some models have an Advanced Picture setting for White Balance which may have been messed about with inadvertently.

Of course, it could just be faulty!

All the best.

Right, You could allso reset it and try than. Allso look for FW update for Your model. If You right again, so please say which model You have and is Your TV connected to cable or antena or PC or what ever. If You connected to PC so make latest FW update for Your grafic card.

menu-settings-system settings-general set up-facrory reset-----after that make auto start up

if ever ask for code by turn on again, than use 9999
