Don’t have internet browser app

Hi Dianka85, 

Welcome to the Sony Community.

There are some Sony TV's that do not have an Internet browser function. You can find out here which models.

If you find your TV is not on the list, please follow the steps below to access the browser. 

Press the HOME or MENU button.

1. Select Apps or Applications.

   NOTE: If Internet Browser is not displayed, select All Apps or All Applications, then select Internet Browser.

2. Select Internet Browser.

3. Press the  button.
