Sony Bravia Internet TV connection issue

My Sony TV a Bravia KDL-32EX503 is not connecting to the Internet.  I have contacted Sony a number of times and despite all their requests to reset the TV 3 times and check router and internet connection I have done and I still cannot connect to the internet to refresh the internet content and use the internet part of the TV.  The TV is working fine but cannot connect to the internet to refresh the internet connection and fails during Authentication

 

My router is a Talk Talk Huawei HG533 router.  I was told by Sony to rest the router which I did and extend the DCHP time out time but this is not possible on this router.

 

My TV when I check the internet connection reports that the Cable Connection, Internet Connection are all OK and the TV does receive a IP address as I have checked this during the wired set-up.  I am using a cable connection to the internet and my internet is working fine.

 

Please can someone advise how to fix this problem??
