Hi every time I try to open an app from the application screen I get an acquiring internet content message. When I check the connection is fine. I turn tv off at wall and then retry it goes through same procedure again but will then work but I’ll have to sign into all the apps again. So every time I turn the tv on I have to go through the same rigmarole. I’ve even moved the tv to a different room thinking it maybe the WiFi but same thing happens. Help please

I can't find that model number, is it the KD55xe7073 you have?
If so the first thing to try is a soft reset and failing that then a factory reset.

and at least you can say you have tried the resets.
