Hi All
I've tried emailing Sony support several times over past few days but have had no response. Just wandering if anyone else has had encountered a similar problem and if it is fixable?
Sony Bravia LCD
Model number KDL-40CX520
Serial Number 3607123
Date of manufacture 06/2011
I bought my Bravia LCD approximately 2 years ago and 3 days ago whilst watching the tv the screen went red. It calmed after a minute or so to a blue/green colur but from then it keeps holding the previous picture on each new screen. Especially light picture such as a light, window, light clothing or the sky. Each picture remains on the screen for about 40 seconds in a red colour then fades...until next light image.
I really hope the tv hasn't completely broken after only two years of owning it. It's been the best tv I have owned up until now.
Any help or hints would be gratefully accepted.
Thanks
