sound from TV to home theater

Hi all;

I have Sony LCD KLV-32BX300 which seems to me a really bad copy of KDL-32BX300. Anyway I was inable to use the sound coming from the TV to listen to it via my home theater Sony DAV-TZ210!!! I couldn't find somthing like Audio Out to use it.

Using this link http://www.sony.co.in/product/klv-32bx300

I found this

HDMI™ / Audio In    2 (1 Side/ 1 Rear)
USB 2.0    1 (Side) : Photo (JPEG), Music (MP3), Video (MPEG1, MPEG2 TS & PS)
Component / Audio In    1 (Rear, Composite Input Common Use)
Composite / Audio In    3 (1 Rear Monitor Out Common Use / 1 Rear, Component Input Common Use / 1 Side)
HD15 PC Input / Audio    1 (Side)
Audio Out    1 (Rear)

Bravia Sync is ok via HDMI. Could any one help me?? how can I listen to the sound of TV using my Home theather?

thank you

If I see it right, You could use just audio connection with stereo cables, but so will be a sound on Home Theatre just stereo too. HDMI is jut OUT so You can't use it for Your purpose, becouse I can not see optical in on rear site of Your DAV-TZ210.

If You decide to make stereo connection, do not forget to set up TV speakers to OF

It is not a big deal mate,

Just connect your TV with Audio system using AV cable (http://i00.i.aliimg.com/photo/267637162/Audio_Video_Stereo_RCA_AV_wire_15m_.summ.jpg).

please follow these steps.

1. plug AV cable to TV's Av-out 1
2. plug the other side of AV to your sound system
3. Go to Menu >> Settings >> Set Up >> AV Setup >> Video1 Input/Output and select Output.
4. Go to Menu >> Settings >> Sound >> Speakers and select TV Speakers or Audio system.

If you choose TV speakers tv will use both audio system and TV speakers unless it uses only your sound system.

Good Luck.. biggrin.gif
