Unplayable mp4 DLNA streaming on 40EX653 TV.

I have recently added a Buffalo Linkstation NAS to my network. Includes DLNA streaming but more limited than I expected and there is no transcoding support, so I can no longer stream .mkv files like I could when I was using Universal Media Server on my PC.

Most of my files are .mkv, so obvious alternative supported natively by my 40EX653 TV is .mp4 as in theory you can just copy the video and audio streams across to the .mp4 container without transcoding. However I'm having problems with these .mp4's playing. For example I have an mp4 file that Mediainfo says contains:

The TV i-manual says that it can play MPEG4 video with AC3 audio so is it possible to say what it is about my file that prevents it from being played?

Looks like I may have to transcode some, maybe all of my files after all. Any suggestions on what to do or avoid to get playable files (using Handbrake) please?
