My sony tv KDL40WD653 youtube and youtube Kids loading issue showing up logo only and not loading the app

My Sony Bravia KDL-42W655A tv's youtube app alo stopped working on 2018-03-29 and still does not work. App refeezes on loading at youtube logo. Internet connection is OK, other apps like Netflix works OK. Fix this sony ASAP!!!!!

My Sony Bravia KDL-32W650A tv's youtube app alo stopped working this week. The Application also freezes on loading at youtube logo. Please share the version of your software in that thread:

You can see it: Home > Settings > Product Support > System Information

Mine is PKG4.600EUA.

It seems that the internet browser embedded within the firmware needs to be updated.

Please, sony update your firmware

Hello, my sony TV is KDL-60W605B.

I have restarted the TV to factory settings today and changed the region to the Czech Republic and youtube works. The TV has not been updated yet. We'll see how it will work tomorrow.
