I just bought (26.09.08) a Vaio series Z: VGN-Z11VN and its Docking Station VGPPRZ1.CE. Vista Bussiness.
The LAN works properly when connected to the notebook itself. But if, instead,
I connect the cable to the LAN of the docking, it does not work. Yo can see in the 'VAIO SMArt Network',
that the information is trying to go out, but nothing is coming in. When I change the cable from the notebook
to the base, and viceversa, the notebook note it, the 'VAIO SMArt Network' displays the corresponding message;
but the LAN does not work when the cable is in the Docking Station. Any clue?
